EVENTS COORDINATOR
The Events Coordinator is responsible for planning, organizing, and executing all club-related events and activities on and off-campus with the purpose of maintaining and strengthening member relationships.
As Events Coordinator you will manage UQSPIA's events calendar, ensuring the academic, sporting and other club commitments do not clash. Planning events include developing an event name, theme, and program as well as working with the Executive Team to approve budgets, bookings, schedule event promotions, and other logistics.

MARKETING COORDINATORS
The Marketing coordinator(s) is mainly responsible for:Â
1. Maintaining the public image of UQ SPIAÂ
2. Marketing the Club effectively andÂ
3. Ensuring the visual image projecting UQ SPIA are effective and consistently representative of the Clubs mission and vision This includes images used on UQ SPIA property and merchandise.Â
4. Acknowledging publicity and promotional works done by others.Â
5. Keeping a record of documentation uploaded online to social media accounts as well as running and maintenance of online posts and messages.

SPIA AMBASSADOR
The role operates as a general helper for all events and to engage in tasks needed from all executive members. Their responsibilities will be determined through their President or other executive members, which can result in a variety of different tasks.
This role will still be expected to attend meetings, and participate in usual committee member duties but have no explicit responsibilities.
The role and responsibilities of a General Committee Member are:
Provide support and assistance to all areas
Undertake all tasks delegated by President and VPs
